These terms cover your use of this website and the inquiries you send us through it. Strudel3D, LLC ("Strudel3D", "we", "us") is a Texas limited liability company based in Plano, Texas.
Who this site is for
This is a trade site. We sell to distributors, agencies and corporate buyers, not to the public. Nothing here is an offer of retail sale.
Quotes and orders
Prices, minimum order quantities and lead times shown on this site are indicative and are not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quote and you accept it. Lead times run from artwork approval, not from the date of your inquiry.
Artwork
You are responsible for having the rights to any artwork, logo or other material you send us, and for confirming that our use of it to decorate your order does not infringe anyone else's rights. We rely on that, and you agree to cover us against claims that it was not so.
We reproduce artwork as accurately as our process allows. Color matching on dye sublimation is close but not exact, and we recommend approving a sample before a full run.
Text messages
If you consent on our inquiry form, we may send you text messages at the number you provided about your inquiry and your orders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are a matter between you and your carrier. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the data behind this is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Using this site
You may use this site to research our products and contact us about a program. Do not use it to send unlawful or abusive material, to scrape it in bulk, or to interfere with its operation.
The content of this site — text, photography, product designs and the Strudel3D name and logo — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without our permission, except that our customers may use our product photography to market the products they buy from us.
No warranty beyond what we agree
This site is provided as it is. We keep the information on it current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. Anything we warrant about the goods themselves is set out in the quote or order confirmation for that order, and nothing here adds to or replaces it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid us for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Collin County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force for your order is the one current when we accepted it.
