Strudel3D, LLC ("Strudel3D", "we", "us") operates this site for trade buyers — distributors, agencies and corporate buyers sourcing promotional products. This policy explains what we collect through it and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send us an inquiry, we collect:
- Your name and company
- Your work email address, and your phone number if you provide one
- Your distributor ID (ASI, PPAI or SAGE), if you provide one
- The product, quantity, target in-hands date and branding method you are asking about
- Whatever you write in the details field
- Whether you consented to receive text messages or marketing emails, and the wording of each consent shown to you at the time
We and our hosting provider may also keep routine records of visits to the site, such as pages requested and IP addresses, to keep it running and to see which pages get used. We do not use those records to advertise to you.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, and fulfill and support any order that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you check the SMS consent box on the inquiry form, we may text you at the number you provided about your inquiry and your orders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, quote, or other service. You can request a quote without it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Marketing emails
Replying to your inquiry and corresponding with you about a quote or an order is not marketing, and needs no opt-in — you asked us to by sending the form.
Separately, if you check the email box on the inquiry form, we may send you occasional emails about new products, pricing and trade show appearances. Every one of them carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from marketing does not stop us corresponding with you about your orders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, quote, or other service.
We do not sell or rent our mailing list.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes and forwards them to us. Text messages, if you have opted in, are sent through our telecommunications provider solely to deliver those messages to you.
Beyond that, we share your information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to fulfill an order you have placed.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and order records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as our tax and legal obligations require. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to evidence them.
Your choices
Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop those.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
